Building permit for the historical part

At the end of January, we obtained a building permit for the reconstruction of the historic part of the Nuselský pivovar. Reconstruction of historical buildings together with new construction will create a unique combination of not only residential but also commercial spaces. Sale of business spaces has already started. Sales of apartments in the historic part of the Nuselský pivovar is planned to start at the second quarter of 2023.

On Thursday, January 26, the official announcement of the twelfth year of the Real Estate Project 2022 competition took place. The Nuselský pivovar Residence – 1st stage once again scored as the absolute winner among development projects in the entire Czech Republic based on public voting. In addition, it also won the Architects Award and the Public Award in the Prague 4 region. We thank all those who voted.

PLANNING PERMISSION

The Nusle Brewery project has obtained legally effective planning permission. Building permission should follow in the first half of 2021, with the subsequent start of the construction process. The launch of the sale is planned for this autumn.
